Upon receiving goods from The Ethical Box, you agree not to use the goods in any way that may be detrimental, illegal or harmful to yourself, ourselves, or others.
By placing an order with The Ethical Box you agree to not copy, replica, damage, deface, sell, resell or exploit any goods received from The Ethical Box.
By accessing this website and/or purchasing goods from The Ethical Box you accept that we hold no responsibility for the goods in regards to their health and safety. This responsibility is held by the creators of the goods themselves.
SECTION 2 – Orders
When placing an order with The Ethical Box you agree that you are the account holder or that you have permission from the account holder to carry out this purchase. By placing an order you accept full responsibility for the transaction of monies from your account into ours.
When placing an order with The Ethical Box you agree that all information is correct at the time given and that we hold no responsibility if you give incorrect information relevant to your order when placed.
When placing an order via PayPal you agree that the relevant information will be transferred via PayPal and we do not accept responsibility of any mistakes or sharing of information by PayPal.
When placing an order via BAC’s you agree to the transfer of monies from the account used, into our account.
SECTION 3 – The Website
We do not hold responsibility for any information on this website, information made available on this website is not to be held as correct, factual or current. We do our best to source accurate information from reliable sources in order to share our passion and knowledge for living plastic free.
We reserve the right to modify or remove any information available on this website at any time.
We do our best to display goods as accurately as possible on this website but we shall not be held responsible for any colour difference in pictures in relation to the goods received due to various monitor and screen settings used by the customer.
Some links on this website may take you to a third party, we hold no responsibility or liability for any third party activity, or for any other products, services or materials provided by any third party.
It is entirely at your own risk when clicking links available on this website.
SECTION 4 – Prices
We reserve the right to change, update, alter and remove any prices available on this website at any time without notice to the customer.
We shall not be held responsible for prices on third party websites in relation to our goods.
We reserve the right to select a price we see fit for any goods sold on this website.
SECTION 5 – Delivery
By placing an order for goods sold on and by The Ethical Box you agree to allow us to pass on the relevant details to the courier at the present time to carry out your delivery.
Once your goods have been dispatched, we hold no responsibility over the time of delivery or the actions taken by the courier themselves. If you have any issues regarding the delivery of your goods, you must contact the relevant courier, please contact us for their information.
Where goods have been damaged during delivery, please contact us via email at email@example.com to request a replacement. We hold full rights to refuse replacement if we have reason to believe the request was not genuine.
The customer cannot claim a replacement or refund without proof of delivery or before the goods have been received or delivered.
If the customer wishes to cancel the order, this must be done within 24hours of placing the order or cancelling can be refused. The Ethical Box shall not be held responsible if cancellation has not been carried out in the requested time.
